Reach Your Highest Potential

While studying web development at DUE, Trúc wanted to gain more experience through working in a real business environment. After meeting CES’s founders, she was impressed with their transparency and generosity and knew immediately that she wanted to learn from them.

During her internship at CES, Trúc learned many valuable things: “You will learn a lot about the latest technologies, programming and how to release a product as a team in a real software development methodology. But at CES, you’ll have a mentor to guide you and give you advice whenever you need it and you are encouraged to get to know every member of the staff. Everyone always has time to listen and to collaborate with you on solutions.”  Today, thanks to the skills she developed through her internship at CES, Trúc is a Software Engineer for Sephora Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore.

Now a Product Designer at Carousell in Singapore, Trọng credits his internship at CES as a major milestone in his life. As an engineering major at DUT, Trọng was on a path to becoming a software engineer until he learned of the opportunity to apply his passion for design by learning UX Design at CES. Trọng didn’t previously know about alternative options to a coding career, but now, thanks to the technical training and mentorship he received at CES, he has a successful and exciting career in UX design.

Trọng is a major advocate for the internship program: “CES helped me to realize both my strengths and areas that I needed to develop further. Then, they gave me the chance to develop my skills by learning and practicing with real projects under the mentorship of the leadership team. CES was also where I really learned English thanks to their classes and their English office environment. English is a must if you want to work well in the tech industry. Take many chances as possible to learn and practice it. CES is the best place for this!”

Đạt interned as a developer at CES while studying at DUT where he later graduated with a degree in engineering. During his internship, he worked on a team that developed a website that supports companies in managing their recruitment process. Đạt shared with us that the CES internship program provided him with so much more than a resume-building experience: “CES not only creates great work for their clients but great people within their team. My English and soft skills developed so much further by interning at CES. Any company can give their interns experience in the IT field, but CES provides many additional learning opportunities. Your first professional experiences are really important. Choose carefully because your internship can influence the rest of your career.”

King was motivated to apply for a Developer internship with CES after hearing great things from friends who were familiar with the company culture. While studying at DUT, King learned not only technical skills as a CES intern, but also improved his English language skills, working processes, and problem-solving skills. As he told us “CES offers so many things to learn. I was impressed with their professional development classes and really loved the team and community connections CES creates through their Friday snack days and charity volunteer activities.” After graduation, thanks to his internship with CES, King landed a job as a developer for mgm technology partners in Da Nang.

As a student of Marketing Management at DUE, Hà saw the CES internship program as a unique opportunity to stretch her knowledge about a different field. Through her research, she was impressed with the company’s investments in its team members’ continuous growth and the mentorship interns receive from company leadership.

After joining CES as a Digital Marketing Specialist intern, Hà received many valuable takeaways, but she shared with us that the most valuable was her change in perspective, inspired by the CES company culture: “My experience with the senior team was transformative. They taught me that it’s okay to make mistakes and to talk about those mistakes because it’s how we all gain important experience. No one ever thinks less of you or punishes you for mistakes here. CES has a truly special culture, which is full of support, caring, and respect for people. CES invested in me and helped me to decide on the career path for my future.”
